Vendor Setup Info

Our venue is Monroeville Mall Time and Space Event Space (Upper Level of mall, across from Victoria's Secret) 200 Mall Blvd Monroeville, PA 15046

IMPORTANT INFO FOR RETURNING VENDORS! We have moved the vendor room to a new UPPER LEVEL super-sized storefront Event Space. This means very simple load-in and load-out, as it is on the parking lot level and the loading door goes directly outside to the parking lot! No hallways or elevators!

MARKETPLACE HALL The event space is located on the JC Penney/ Dick's end of the mall. The Event Space is directly across from Victoria's Secret and has a large sign that reads, "Time and Space Event Space".

VENDOR LOAD-IN Load-in uses the dock area / bay on back side of the mall located between Cinemark Theater and the Penney/Dicks Mall Entrance. This is the same dock area we have been using at past shows, the only difference is we are now using the double grey doors just to the right the green dumpsters. This door leads directly into the vendor room where your booth will be located. There will be a sign indicating "VENDORS" beside the doorway and colorful streamer flags above the doorway. Several carts will be provided to use for load-in.

You should first come inside and get your location and lay-of-the-land before unloading your items.

There will be set up times on Saturday, August 23 and Sunday, August 24. If possible please try to set up as early as possible and you should allow some extra time to be well prepared. The vendor room will be locked up overnight so your setup will be secure if you set up on Saturday.

Setup times are: Saturday, Aug 23, 5:00PM to 8:00PM and Sunday, Aug 24, 7:00AM to 10:00AM. If additional time is needed, please email us to request additional time.

You must be ready to operate by 10:00 AM on Aug 24 as that is our early-bird customer entry time.

BOOTH SIZE: Good news. we have expanded the booth size to accommodate two 6-foot tables side by side. Booth is 12 feet wide by 10 feet deep. We have included two additional side tables, for a total of four 6-foot tables within the 12 by 10 foot space.

Event Passes- Each booth will get two entry Wristbands.

The dates and hours of vending are:

Sunday August 24, 10:00AM to 5:00PM (Early-bird admission at 10:00 and regular admission at 11:00)

Please bring everything you need to build your displays. Booth comes with four tables and four chairs. Please bring table clothes if you wish to use them. Additionally you must supply any other fixtures, shelving, racks, side tables, etc, that you may want to build your displays. If you plan to use electricity, please bring extension cords accordingly.
